Can I cancel my membership?
If you joined after 16th January 2023, then you have joined the club on a 6 month payment plan, which granted you access to the entire club's portal.
At the end of your 6 month plan, your payments will automatically finish (unless you choose to extend your time in the program).

If you joined prior to 16th January, you can submit a request to cancel your membership here.
Is it suitable for me if I’m not a content creator?
This membership is suitable for all creators and entrepreneurs, regardless of where they are in their content creation journey. So if you have a dream of becoming a content creator and have not yet made a start, or you're looking to grow your brands online presence, this membership will provide you with the resources, learning and support you need to get going!
What happens after I join?
You will be prompted to create a password as soon as your purchase has been processed. Following this you will be directed to a webpage where you can join the Facebook community, and/or access the members portal.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment will be due the day you sign up, from there you’ll be billed every month on the day that you enrolled. So if you join on the 15th November, you’ll be billed on 15th December, 15th January etc.
Can I stay in the club for longer than 6 months?
Yes! You'll receive an email near the end of your 6 month plan which will give you the option to extend your time in the club via monthly membership.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you like (although I don’t think you’ll want to!).
Please allow at least 48hrs/2 business days (Mon- Fri) prior to the date the charge is scheduled to withdraw.
You will remain in the club until your monthly membership expires. No refunds can be given for previous payments.
